3PART

3PART was founded by Simon Skafdrup and Henning Therkelsen. Both are trained as industrial designers from the School of Architecture in Aarhus.

Since 1998, the design company evolved into a position among the country's leader and currently employs staff with backgrounds as diverse as designers, sociologists, ethnographers and engineers.

 

3PART working in the tension between research, innovation and design and find inspiration by going back to the way the inhabitants of and the manner in which life is experienced on. On the way there are new approaches which give life to the creative process. The goal is to discover the hidden and give it a new functional and aesthetic form, which relies on the simple Scandinavian design tradition.

3PART name comes from that firm, as the major third party, constitute the link between producer and user. For 3PART is true success when both parties face value. They will make a difference and proves it through products allocated recognitions and creates additional turnover among our customers.


3PART has not only achieved great recognition in Denmark but also in Europe, USA and Asia.
