New addition to the prize-winning Eva Solo® product family

 

This spring sees the introduction of a new member to the family of well-known and prize-winning Eva Solo^® products for serving both hot and cold drinks. The Eva Solo^® ice tea maker combines superior functionality with stylish design and simplifies the preparation and serving of refreshing ice teas.

 

The Eva Solo^® ice tea maker is a new and interesting product which paves the way for making and serving freshly brewed and refreshing ice tea in a range of flavours. The new ice tea maker consists of three parts: A glass carafe with a patented drip-free pouring lip, a flip-top lid, and a specially developed practical stainless steel tea filter. The Eva Solo^® ice tea maker is therefore closely related, in terms of both its design and function, to the portfolio of other well-known Eva Solo products for hot and cold drinks, including the Eva Solo^® fridge carafe and the Eva Solo^® tea maker.

 

The new ice tea maker is designed to brew ice tea in the conventional and simple way: Spoon your desired mix of tea leaves into the filter and add boiling water. Once the tea has brewed, remove the filter and insert the flip-top lid. Put the carafe with the hot tea in the fridge to cool down, and then add any additional flavours, sugar etc. and ice cubes before serving.

 

Clear vision

For the prize-winning Tools Design duo, this new ice tea maker is a natural extension to the existing range of popular Eva Solo products for hot and cold drinks:“For some time we’ve been playing with the idea of creating a new product to simplify making ice tea, which is a refreshing and original drink. At the same time, we have a clear vision of creating the best design and functional conditions for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks in modern homes,” says designer Henrik Holbæk.

 

The shape of the Eva Solo^® ice tea maker resembles that of a classic milk bottle, and has been designed so that it fits neatly into most fridge doors. To facilitate serving, the carafe has a drip-free pouring lip and a flip-top lid which opens automatically when you pour. At the same time, the new ice tea maker features a practical rubber collar to protect hands when placing hot drinks in the fridge to cool down.

 

The simply designed Eva Solo^® ice tea maker is perfect for preparing and serving delicious ice tea in hot weather.
